Are all Paper Treats products online?
No. Our website was designed to display just a fraction of the items that we carry. Paper Treats carries over 3000 products. Because we are not set up as a merchant website we had to carefully select which items we wanted to display. We have hundreds of books for you to look through if you want to set up a one-on-one appointment. Or call us if you are unable to - lots of items can be adjusted by color, font, style, etc.

What's the turnaround time?
Normal turnaround time is two weeks from proof approval. Proofs are done by request only. We highly recommend ordering a proof. Most of the time we can offer a "Rush Order" for an additional fee.

Are Gift Certificates Available?
Yes. Just let us know your name and email address, the recipient's name and email address, the dollar amount and your message. We will email a gift card out immediately.

When is it too late to cancel my order?
Most of the time an order cannot be cancelled once it is processed. If the order has not been placed but a proof has been created we will impose a $20 cancellation fee.

Why can't I purchase things online?
Because there are so many variables involved in ordering an item, and each order is custom built to your specifications, we prefer to spend the time making sure you get exactly what you want.
