It all started in 2001 when my husband Eric and I moved to Miami Beach from New York City. My background is corporate and I worked for many years at a large CPA firm and a publishing conglomerate. In Miami I worked for a real estate developer and when we started our family (2 daughters in 3 years), I decided I would look for my own small business that would allow me to spend time with our children while still being active and engaged with other adults. I acquired Paper Treats in 2006 and now with three children at home I could not be happier. I love being a part of the planning for special events like Bar and Bat Mitzvahs, Weddings, and Baby Announcements. People are always so happy during these times and I love sharing that joy and making sure that my part of their event (the invitations and more) is implemented exactly as they want. I pride myself on being both a mom and an entrepreneur and I have dedicated my time and effort to making sure that every invitation and stationery reflects each client's unique taste, style and vision. As we like to say - every event starts with the invitation.
